Filters
We stock BMC filters.
Having won several Championships in Formula 1, BMC also support many teams in World Superbike and World Supersport along with top teams from domestic championships around the World.
Amongst others, their latest success was the 2005 World SBK Championship with Troy Corser.
Choice of Road or Race filters
Many sports bikes have the choice of a Road filter designed to increase airflow without upsetting standard fuelling or a Race filter designed to maximise airflow for applications where a jet kit or Power Commander will be used.
Increased horsepower / Improved throttle response
The filtration material is composed of special cotton gauze soaked with low viscosity oil and covered with alloy mesh, which has an epoxy coating to ensure protection from petrol fumes and oxidization due to humidity in the air
BMC filters guarantee a superior air capacity to that of traditional paper or foam filters, ensuring a minimum loss of power in air flow and therefore obtaining a better performance from the engine.
Superior quality, fit & performance to all other aftermarket filters
All BMC filters are made from plastic in one single piece with no welded joints; this technique gives rigidity, ensuring a perfect seal, easy fitting and avoids splitting or breakage.
Washable / Re-usable
Furthermore the cotton has the advantage of being washable and therefore reusable, so BMC filters represent excellent value for money as they can be used, cleaned and re-used over and over again!
Formula 1, Moto GP and World Superbike Technology
The experience gained on track is transferred to BMC’s mass production, using the same technology, materials and manufacturing processes, all of which are second to none.
